Well it started with RAGBRAI, but because of typical knee-jerk reactions, it quickly became bicycle rides in general. As roccobike intimated with his MS150 reference, it would have affected all kinds of groups, including the local boy/girl scouts out for a ride together. Again, I'm hoping the whole thing will now die the death it deserves...that may not have been the best verbage considering how it started, but you get my point.
