That's alot of money for that bike. You should check out my LBS just down the street from you:

They don't sell specialized, but they do have some Ridleys, Scotts, and KHSs on closeout.
They got me a good training bike: '08 ridley Damocles frame, Ultegra SL components, Torrelli Bormio wheels, Ritchey stem and seatpost, Deda bars, and a saddle of my choice (Selle Italia Flite) for $2,100.
I'd say take that bike back while you can and find a better deal.
