I purchased my kit from them, and am very happy. I also had a
problem, which they worked very hard to resolve, even though I am
800 miles away from them. They are based in Calgary, but have
a US portion on their website.
I can also vouch for it's electric. I have been dealing with Ken for more than 2 years and have bought hubs, batteries and accessories from him. He ships fast, stands behind his products and is helpful.
I live in Toronto, that's thousands of kilometres from Calgary, but I get excellent service.
