Spontaneous wreck

First crash today, but can't figure out how the hell I did it. I was climbing up a mild hill around 15 mph, when all of the sudden I realize I am flying over the bars. From saddle to pavement, I was not wondering how bad this was going to hurt, but why it happened. There were no random mudballs in the road, no potholes, manholes, oily spots, or anything. My body just decided that it wanted to be in front of my bike. As for damage, I kicked the valve stem off the front wheel, knocked the front wheel fairly out of true, the back wheel is slightly out of true, a mildly shredded left hood, paint scuff on the right brifter, a tiny hole on my saddle, and a little chain slap on the bottom side of the chainstay (chain fell off). I twisted my right ankle, hit my left shoulder, elbow, and hip on the pavement, but only have 2 dime-sized road rash marks due to my faithful hoodie.

Any advice on nutrition to help bone soreness on my landing points?
