This is about as extreme as it gets for me... my '62 Pug is a 51cm frame (with 12 inches of bb clearance) and this 51 cm is right at the bottom end of my frame size range.
I could drop the bars quite a bit but I prefer to have my head up when I am dodging homicidal motorists and it makes things way more comfortable when you log epic miles.
