I just spent the last year and a half watching my 30 year old cousin die of leukemia. I support the LAF for what they are doing. At our family reunion on the 4th of July he said he was tired of being sick. He died 2 weeks later. If that man wants a cigarette then who am I to deny him that. Life is too short to not enjoy it, and everyone enjoys it differently.
I have worn my LIVE
STRONG band since the day my cousin was diagnosed, and will continue to do so until a cure is at hand. Thank you Lance for what you are doing. I hope my donations help cure this awful disease, for the sake of kids left behind from it. There are three under the age of 5 in my family now.
Often the survivors suffer more than the victims.
