I was
hoping that arrow was contoured padding. Otherwise, it was just decrative stitching which I would have additionally hoped ReLoad would have avoided on the back of the bag.
The guy from Freight apparently is hard to contact. A friend went into NYC Velo and they placed the order for her. Im not sure if there is a price difference but it enabled the friend to pick the colors for her bag.
