40 year old female. Commuted off and on for 20+ years--typically 5 miles or less. Out of shape last year and got a longer commute. Commuting about 3 days/week now with electric bike, which is still a workout. (I just go faster and further than I used to.) Working up to 4-5 days of commuting. Still re-building muscle mass and need days off.
330+ days of sunshine where I live. Some of those days are pretty f---ing hot.
