Mostly road, one single speed and a little bit of MTB.
2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
1500mg Vitamin C, 1 Centrum Silver, 1000mg Glucosamine, B complex multi. Recently quit taking 800mg of Vitamin E daily.
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
Not at all.

All my life with a big gap between 25 and 40.

Long rides.

200-300 rides per year, 6500 miles on average.
