I'd try "Resolve", mostly because we have it in the house for spot cleaning the carpets.

Go to the paint store and buy a canvas drop cloth. They're cheap and durable and will save your car's seats from chain marks. Cheaper than a rack and they keep your bike inside and away from the weather, road grit and tempting the dishonest.
