I just bought a pair of these bar myself and am currently figuring out more options regarding brake levers and shifters. It is difficult to use both bar-end shifters and the regulat TT brake levers because they both mount in the ends of the bars.

Options for brake levers that you can use with the bar end shifters include these TT-like levers which clamp on from Jtek Engineering, but they are US$80 per pair. Some people on this forum have discussed using inline brake levers which are normally mounted as an extra pair of brake levers on the top section of dropped bars - either mounting them in the equivalent central position as on the drop bars or at the ends of the extensions, or getting two pairs and doing both. Otherwise, you could just use a regular pair of road brake levers like these.

Anyone else have any other idea, because I'm not overjoyed with anything that I've come up with yet?
