Changing cleats
How do YOU know when it's time to change your cleats on your CrankBrothers Pedals? I have never had any of my cleats worn so badly that they slip out of the pedal. After about 6 months (approx. 2400 miles), I change them, just because they look bad. Should I wait longer or change them sooner?
