Haven't done Unicoi or Hogpen.... yet.
Try coming down Brasstown on a tandem.
I don't care that much for Unicoi. Comparitively busy road, and no shade.
Hogpen in some ways is a tougher climb than Brasstown. It's steep in it's own right, with sustained climbing in the teens, and its much longer than Brasstown.
And the descent down Hogpen is much more fun. It's steep, fast (50mph is very easily obtainable) and straight enough you can actually go fast.
