I ordered one item...once....a long time ago...from their return area. The item was on my invoive, but never made it into the order. When I explained that it was a saddle from their return area she spent a few minutes clicking away on the computer to end up saying something to the effect of:
"Oh, you're right. That item was returned. Was there anything wrong with it?"
"I don't know...I wasn't the one returning it. I was trying to buy the returned item from you."
"Oh...I don't think it is available anymore."
"I figured....that would most likely be why you were calling me. Can I have my money back now?"
That sums up Nashbar/Performance better than I can.
Personally I wouldn't buy anything from either.
