Bumping this because i just installed the non-disk version on my Tricross and it's a great rack. It's not available in the states--i called several LBSs and also looked in the Topeak US catalogs--but it's a pretty good deal from SJS Bicycles in the UK. I ordered quite a lot and the shipping was about the same as the VAT deduction.
The rack came out about $55.
