for comparison I'm a 15 wide -- I have a pair of sidi 50 mega I rate them as a snug fit (only wear thin socks) -- and a pair of northwave 50 regular width fit well width wise but are really a bit too long and a pair of lake 50 wide best fitting shoe by far. -- I'd give the lakes a shot first
