Well it seems I really canīt go wrong with either one Do I understand correctly that there are essentially three systems? SPD, Eggbeater, and whatever it is that Time uses? So I assume the bike shoes simply can have the cleat thing removed and replaced with whatever is compatable with the pedal you use right? Is it the pedals that come with the cleat or do you buy that somewhere separately?

Also, do you think itīs possible to take a normal pair of shoes and attach a cleat to them? Just think, use any shoe you want with any pedal. Not good performance Iīm sure but it could be useful if done right
