You should talk to the store owner and find out why you don't have your bike!!!

If it is your ride, then why the f*ck did the bike shop sell it? If it was ordered specifically for you, what are they putting it on the floor for? Why in the world is the bike that you went through the hassle of designing being sold to someone else anyway?

If online stuff sends you the wrong crap, at least they are sending it to you and something actually shows up and you aren't getting screwed over on LBS pricing.

This is an excellent example of why LBSs are losing customers to online sales. When they don't know how to treat a customer and treat them like crap, it is time to move on. Really sucks for you.
