Funny that this thread came up. I just got off my trainer about 15 minutes ago. 3 minutes, the answer is 3 minutes. I was planning on doing 10 minutes of 15/15. Started seeing spots 2 minutes in and was ready to put my trainer on craiglist. I haven't done anything under a minute since March.
