Who says what Lance is using (if anything) is illegal. If he taking substances that have yet to be banned he isn't cheating. It may not be moral but it isn't cheating. I believe that all cyclist take some form of performance enhancer (jeez I use gels and drinks and so do most you) the only difference is the elite ones have docs to make up the high test stuff. If the UCI and WADA have not banned it then it isn't illegal to use it. I remember on doc commenting on the doping during the Sydney Olympics saying something to the effect that the testers were years behind the makers. You can't ban or test for something you don't know exists.
