I hate these types of posts, so I'll try and do it as politely as possible. Both of your tibia are medial. The fibula is lateral. I just want you to know so you don't embarrass yourself in front of the doc. I would also concur with the previous poster. Sounds like your a ligament. I would get to a doc as well.
