It would hold up the bike similar to the Spin Doctor x-frame one at Performance:

Cables under the BB are not a problem on the Spin Doctor one.
The HF unit looks like it might permit some limited rotation of the bike; not really needed.
I'd hope that the ones they sell have all of the bolts -- the illustration is missing a bolt head on the right-hand leg.
