Is it normal to not get any pings with a new wheelset? Because before the spoke blew out I hadnt gotten any like I hear a lot of people talk about.
My wheels have never pinged. I've also hit some big potholes with them at high speed and not had a problem. They're cheap ass Alex 500s or something like that. The difference as mentioned by others is that mine were built properly by the bike shop, so they havent given me trouble
