In SI, you just go shot deer, no hunting to it! The damn things are thick as thiefs here.
I didn't bow hunt this year. My old Matthews Feather Light finally gave way and I never got around to replacing it. I started biking! And I had to get my ankle fixed. I will bow hunt next year. The Princess's love to shot their bows and are ready to take out next year.
I will get a couple with my muzzle loader and slug gun.
BTW, does anyone ride a mnt bike to their stand or blind? I thouught about taking my favorite HardRock and camoing it up and setting up to carry my gear to the blind. I would only do it on private land. I might sound like a 300 pound 14 pointer coming over the hill to a city boy!
