u kno how both sides have a knob u can turn left or right to adjust the shock? under that knob theres another plastic piece u can unscrew(to the left) but u will need pliers to do this. after u unscrew that piece pull out the hoal spring and there are rubber pieces inside the spring make sure those come out too n replace the cap back on and tighten it! so ur only doin this 2 1 side of the fork! it works great 4 me with this set up!
