Hi everyone!
My goals are simple:
1) swim 4 times this week
2) ride at least 4 times this week, no less than 20 km each ride
3) eats those mandarin oranges that are sitting in the fridge
4) drink a smoothie instead of lunch: 1 cup chocolate milk, 1 tablespoon peanut butter, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup frozen strawberries.
5) lose 2 lbs
