Check performancebike.com for booties that fit over your shoes. I start in the fall wearing shoe covers then go the zip up booties when it gets really cold. Wool socks work well, too.

Wrapping your feet in Saran wrap then putting on socks will keep the feet very warm. Also very sweaty.
