maybe Im being a bit hasty about Giant, I think as this was my first experience with them I got a bad impresion of them.
I didnt want to think that the bike shop was at fault because the owner seemed like such a nice guy, I guess Im a sucker for a good salesman.
But I still want to change the bike as given the problems Ive had I ride around scared to ride aggressivly, I got a MTB cos I wanted to ride without fear of damaging my bike.
If i manage to get my money back I might even get another Giant, we shall see.
