Sadly, the mainstream "bike press" gives practically
zero attention to advocacy. Bicycling, Velonews, etc. -- they all suck.
There's a relatively new magazine called
Momentum that's more about the biking lifestyle than just "stuff," covering mostly culture and advocacy. It features articles by uber-advocates like John Pucher and Kristen Steele. Very promising! I'm a fan. Look them up.
