Power = 5s or it's WAY too jumpy, any longer than that and if you're trying to hold a steady power you're going to be over/undercompensating since the average reacts too slow.
Speed = 1s, bicycles don't accelerate/decelerate very quickly
Cadence = never look at it, whatever it was set at when I got it
HR = Don't care...I don't wear a strap anymore
