I outdid all of you when I was in high school - I hit a bank. It was wet out, and I changed my mind about which way I was going to turn at the last minute and hit the bricks on the front step with the handlebar when I couldn't slow down fast enough. No real harm done to the bank or the bicycle, but the ego was bruised for a while.
