Yes, I have the same setup, with cycle analyst as well, have had the battery powering 408 motor for five months now, and just recently the voltage has been dipping far too early, way before I reach 12ah. In fact, the cycle analyst would cut off my battery at around 4 ah when my voltage dips below 42 volts. I contacted ebike.ca and like mentioned here, they will replace the BMS free of charge and they stated that the most likely cause is the old BMS not balancing the cells adequately.

They also offered to send the BMS replacement kit with instructions (http://ebikes.ca/BMS_Replacement.pdf) free of charge.

I like it.. i like it a lot!!!
