No, the reason to take it easy with new tires is to give the mold release compound a chance to wear off.

Expect a few studs to fall out with normal use. Nokian plans on this and uses enough studs for good traction even with some missing.

again, what does "take it easy mean?" speed? length of ride?
avoiding potholes? not putting too much in my panniers?

or rather that performance of the tire improves after the first 50km?
