Its going to cost you the price of new hubs and new spokes, plus labor charges. Its effectively a complete wheel-build. I don't know what your shop charges for a full wheelbuild, but its almost certainly going to cost you the same or more than a new set of wheels.

Alternatively, you could learn to build and true your own...its not that difficult (sort of like tuning a musical instrument) and will save you money in the long run because LBS labor charges can add up to a lot over time.
