In general I am doing a whole hell of a lot better than previous years. I am still at an all time off-season low, but I am about 3-4 lbs above where I was before Thanksgiving.
I started lifting which could be hurting me in that respect.
I only hope to come into the full on season in the 160's (at least 3-8 lbs lighter than now).
