Weather should be temperate enough during the day, with low temps at night, especially by the sea as cool air comes ashore. Be prepared with full rain gear, a warm sleeping bag and a decent waterproof tent and you should be fine. The good part is most campsites should be fairly empty, and there are hike and bike camps all the way down. I did the same ride in April of last year and it was very decent, if not perfect, but Feb should be a lot wetter. I love that ride...
