Anyway these bibs haven't fit me right since I got them, too short in the shoulders and my wang falls asleep. Ok so bad move on my part I'm selling them, oh well. It's warmed up a bit here now it's in the mid 40's in the AM when I go out. I've decided to just go out in my regular shorts with leg warmers but I figure I'm going to get pretty chilly in the 'goods & prizes' section of my body...do any of you guys have a cheap way of keeping warm in regular bib shorts above the leg warmers and below the winter jacket?

I know Capoforma has some sweet roubaix lined bib shorts but I don't really want to throw more money into shorts and they're hard as hell to find, esp in so-cal.

Any advice is needed.
Cold?
It's going to be 4 degrees (F) here on Thursday.
