Swimming
One of my friends reccomended that I try a Master Swim Class. Its been a while since I swam and after my first dunk that lead water up my nose towards my brain I'm considering it. I know my form isnt right, and I'd like to have someone teach me how to drill propperly in swimming. My gym offers them for $34 a month thats 4 classes. Is this a good price?
