The old 105 8-speed is great stuff so if the shifters and derailleurs are in good condition it might be worth $150. Keep in mind you're looking at another $100-250 in parts and labor for tires/tubes/cables/housing/brake pads depending on if you do all the work yourself or take it to a shop.
