+1. I wouldn't carry a laptop in any bike mounted accessory because it seems way too jarring. Backpack/mess bag IMO.
+1 - a laptop is the
only thing I refuse to carry in a pannier. Unless I bought a desktop computer I'm taking home, or something of similar nature.
