Last weekend, I had a young fellow at a 4-way stop turn onto the street that I was already turning towards (it was my turn), as if I didn't exist. Not a close call or scary - I yelled "Hey!" and when I rode by the driveway he had turned into a block later, he was getting out of his car and offered a "Sorry".
