carbon bike purchase, sight unseen

I'm thinking of buying a used high-end bike, custom made for someone else, sight unseen.

I know, I know, that's a bit wacky. But the frame is pretty close to my current frame, so I might get away with it. The frame in question is 61 cm (c-t-c) with a 57 top tube. My current bike is also 60 cm, with a 57.5 top tube.

What difference to the bike's geometry -- and my fit -- would these differences make, assuming that the angles are the same?

Cheers
