I ride a Giant OCR Limited and
my bike !! IMHO, I'm not a big fan of reflectors, but then again, I don't ride at night. I recommend getting the wheels serviced (trued & retensioned) after a few hundred miles. This will go a long way in preventing broken spokes & prolong wheel life.
Enjoy your Tour de Cure ride. This will be my 3rd year and each one is more fun than the previous year.
