Hi Guys - Ok - must get more serious about drinking water and being healthier. Have been a tad distracted lately with the new man in my life! But alas- must stay svelte for him! For me! fo us! So here we go-
This week's goals:
Workout Tuesday, Friday
Bike ride Saturday and Sunday (though it may rain one of those days)
Drink lots of waterSave money by eating lunches brought into my class. Bring diet dressing to stay on track
