Don't most bars out there these days offer that possiblity? It seems like it's more a question of how high you want to put your brake levers. Other than track bars (or old-school "crit" bars) which begin to sweep down and forward almost from the stem, most current bars have a flat top which then transitions into the curve - as long as you put your hoods high enough, you should get a flat transition, right?
