Try some of the outdoor/hiking/backpacking suppliers for full zip pants, such as Cabelas, Backcountry.com, Campmor, Sierra Trading Post, REI. These stores' pants are typically baggy, not form-fitting like most bicycling clothes, so its easier to move in them while hiking on uneven terrain where. Here's the pair I use when hiking:

Most sporting goods stores have some. Look at warm-up pants for soccer, track, tennis, etc. While most don't have full side zips, they usually have enough of a zipper on the bottom of the legs to get them off over standard street shoes (or cycling shoes).
