Riding in the rain while temps in the forties, I use a cheap jersey, cheap underarmor (target style) and the windbreaker. Never had to ride in anything colder here in Cali!
Well we will go stright to summer from winter here in about 5 weeks
Tonight its only going to 5 below in some areas I figure about 0 here
