I bought my Kona Blast and rode it stock for about a month before I put all XT right down to the hubs and hydraulic disc. I turn it into a 700c commuter and then back to it's original after I bought my Cross Check. I decided not to upgrade the Cross Check by buying the frame and putting mostly Ultegra on it from the start. Oh well, there's always Dura Ace.
