Bikes: I have a cheap model from walmart 'Next' brand. I hate it and I want to get a new specialized bike so I can go more places easier. :)

I actually Recommend sleep, drinking lots of water, Eat healthy and make sure your body has the protein it needs. I'm getting back into biking after this stupid winter and it's hard for my body to get back into the roll of things. So after a bike ride I'm going to drink a shake with the Whey protein in it. It has lots of benefits for your body and helps you rejuvenate. I'm not sure about the gatorade stuff. I usually just drink water when I'm biking. Or some lemonade. But that makes my mouth dry. I usually just stick with the water. But after you should eat something and make sure you have the protein your body needs. If you're interested in where I get my protein from there's this website I order my powder from. If you wanna look into it, it's great.
