replace steerer tube.

I am leaning towards replacing the steerer tube on the fork. Overall I figured that the triple tree would be stronger than a regular fork. If the 1" steerer from the original fork would slip inside the 1 1/8" tube I would double them up but I don't think it's that much smaller.
